WHAT: The Greek Picnic is a reunion of African American fraternity and sorority members, college students, non-collegians and alumni.
WHEN: Saturday, July 13, 2002.
WHERE: Belmont Plateau Fairmount Park, Philadelphia.
FEES: The registration fee is ($150 food or non-food), if you have a food truck/vehicle it’s $250 for all locations, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Ice will be available for purchase on-site.
ONLY CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS OR U.S. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THE DEADLINE JUNE 29, 2002.

City Licenses: Keep in mind that to vend in the city of Philadelphia, you must permission from the City. Vendors selling dry goods will be charged $100 for a Temporary Business License. Vendors selling food will be charged an additional $140. For health and safety reasons, health officials will not allow food vendors to bring in pre-cooked food. Food must be cooked on site.

5 p.m. EST. The office is located at 1600 Arch Street, 9th Floor, in
Philadelphia.
Health Department: The fee is based on space requirements. Most
of you will pay the $30 fee since your allotted space will be less that 200
square feet. To contact the Health Department, call (215)

University Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
Please DO NOT SEND CITY FEES WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. Send only
the vending fee with this form. You must either contact the offices in advance
as the officials suggest. You may inquire if you may pay city fees on the day
of the event (We suggest you get it done in advance.)

SPACE: Space is about 10 feet X 10 feet. Vendors are responsible for debris and assigned location clean-up. Where possible please limit use of glass containers. Only one vehicle per vendor will be allowed on site, regardless of the number of locations. NO ELECTRICITY WILL BE AVAILABLE.
CHECK-IN: Vendors can check in from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2002 on Calumet Rd., at the Falls Bridge (Directions will be forwarded to you upon receipt of fee and applicable materials). PLEASE HAVE YOUR SPACE(S) READY FOR BUSINESS BY 10:00 a.m. There will be NO ACCESS to the check-in area after 10:00.
NOTE: Please fill out and return the Vendor Registration Form, Exhibitor Space Agreement and cashier’s check or money order. Food vendors please send a copy of the Health Department’s Special Event Fact Sheet to the PHC.
